On-call Phone Systems
Our team is setting up an on-call system to take calls from the coroner's office. We want the deputy coroners to always dial the same number and then whoever is on-call to receive that call. We would like to have a system that has programmable call forwarding so that it can be set-up in advance. Please share what your team is using and what you like and don't like about it.

Suggest you investigate the Grasshopper phone network. It is a network and you can program it to send an incoming call to the team member who is on call. They have a lot of options and you may want to talk with one of their salespersons to find the best choices for your situation. I found them helpful.
