App to activate?
What phone system/app do any of recommend for one shared number to be called out by LE? In our county Central Dispatch will be calling our On-Call Dispatcher. (This person will likely be on-call for a week at a time so we).
I've looked into Google Voice, Grasshopper, and ActiveAlert 911.

This is a great question. We don't use an app, but instead will use the transfer function on the phone if it needs to go somewhere else. In most cases, the phone is held in our state by one person, but if it needs to be picked up by someone else we just forward the calls to ring to that other number.
What have you learned about the other ones that you've looked into?
