Volunteers Accessing One Number for Follow Up Calls

We're looking for a system for all volunteers to access one number to make calls to survivors. I want to make it easy for them to make and receive calls, and I know google voice does this, but I'm not sure that this would be easiest for all of them to access. Wondering if the team has a solution?

I got a Google Voice number too, but I don't think this will be the most user-friendly number and service to use. I think anyone, any volunteer, would have to port the number to their phone just to make calls from it or take calls from Dispatch or the public. So you would constantly be having to do this for a new person to use it. I did some research and if I have to pay for something, I think the best one would be Grasshopper. You can set up who would be on-call and taking calls, answering the phone number on their person cell phone. You can also make calls from it. I think it has a texting feature. It does have a monthly fee though. If you can afford it, it would be a good option. Have you used Google Voice number yet?
